Becoming part of the Senso Studio community allows you to create your own business identity with your existing client base. It also enables you to increase your earning potential, set your own hours, and build stronger relationships with clients.

No. Senso Studios is a collection of independent beauty professionals operating their own private studio, all under one roof. Senso Studios’ Membership gives you a fully equipped, separate lockable studio. You are in complete control of your own business.

Everything is included! Electricity, water, & internet are all included in your Senso Membership. You will have access to our in house washer/dryer and our coffee bar for you and your clients (Coffee & Water Included). No hidden or additional fees are charged.

Decor such as pictures or mirrors on the walls, seating, or other furnishings is at your discretion. If signing 1 Year contract, one wall will be painted the color of your choice. Studio must be returned as was received at the end of your contract.

Billing is weekly on Monday’s before Noon.

Yes. Security Deposits are two weeks rent. They will be collected at the beginning of your contract and will be reimbursed at the end of your contact once studio is returned to original condition.

Senso’s cleaning crew will only clean shared areas & bathrooms, they will not enter your studio.
